Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has decided to provide the facility of One Time Registration with the objective of simplifying the selection process. UPPSC (OTR) will be mandatory for the examinations of the Commission to be held from April. No separate fee will be charged from the candidates for this.
It is being told that due to the implementation of the system of one time registration, the candidates will not have to fill the form again and again for the jobs of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
After the implementation of OTR, candidates will have to register online only once for different examinations of UPPSC. During this, candidates will have to upload all their details, certificates, photo and signature. After this, a registration number will be issued, which will be entered on the website as soon as the complete information of the candidate is revealed.
Whenever the candidate will fill the form for any new job, he/she will only have to enter his/her One Time Registration Number.

Step 1: Open the website direct link This page will have some useful important link section
Step 2: Students have to provide their basic information Eg : Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile Number, Email ID and Last 6 Digits of Aadhaar Card Photograph (10-40 kb)Â Â Â Signature (10-30 kb)
Step 4: Verify your UPPSC OTR Profile details and submit the registration.
Step 5: An OTP will be received on the registered email and registered mobile number of the candidate, need to enter the same.
Step 6: Registration process will be completed, candidate will see OTR ID on the screen. Now candidates can take print and screen shot of OTR profile.
Step 7: Now the candidate has to login, To login, the candidate has to enter his/her mobile number/email or OTR ID along with an OTP which will be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
Step 8: Change UPPSC OTR ID Password.
Step 9: Now the candidate UPPSC OTR registration process will be completed, now whatever new application comes, candidate can apply from that, history of old application can also be obtained from that.
