10th class / matriculation certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth verification), 12th class / intermediate certificate and mark sheet, graduation certificate and mark sheet, post graduation certificate and mark sheet, B.Ed certificate And mark sheet, other educational qualification (if any), caste certificate issued by the competent authority for SC/ST candidates, updated certificate without cream layer issued by the competent authority for SC/ST candidates, for disabled candidates Disability certificate etc.
